The ‘why’ behind Seamless
About three decades ago, when we ventured into digital value distribution, we found ourselves struggling for visibility on our points of sale. We were delegating more and more people toward solving problems in our channel management, which came with delays in reporting and numerous process inefficiencies. Over time, we realized that these challenges were common across telecom, retail and banking organizations and were keeping them from meeting their revenue goals.
In our search for a solution for ourselves and our customers, we only found software that was either too complex for smaller companies or tackled only one aspect of the distribution management problem.
That’s why we started Seamless in 2001.
