As the Mobile Application Product Owner, I steer the development and strategy to align with both business objectives and user expectations. My role includes defining the app’s vision, mapping out the strategy, and crafting a detailed roadmap. A close collaboration with a dynamic team of developers, designers, and stakeholders ensures that the app not only meets our high standards for quality and performance but also delivers a superior user experience.
What does your typical day/week look like?
My day-to-day tasks involve prioritizing features, managing development sprints, conducting rigorous testing, and leveraging data to make informed decisions.
This is what a typical day looks like for me:
- Keeping projects on track and removing any obstacles.
- Scoping, planning and refining upcoming projects.
- Participating in scrum meetings with the development team.
- Conducting ad-hoc meetings and managing customer expectations.
- Navigating stakeholder relationships.
What is your team culture like at the company? Any traditions?

With a plethora of potential features and enhancements, prioritizing what to include in each development cycle requires careful consideration and a meticulous balance of user needs, business goals, and resource constraints.
What’s an important lesson you’ve learned while working at Seamless?
Something that I’ve learned at Seamless is the power of adaptability and resilience amidst constant change. The mobile app landscape is perpetually evolving with new technologies, shifting market trends, and changing user preferences. Embracing these changes and learning from every challenge has been instrumental in my personal and professional growth.
What are your personal goals/objectives that you strive to achieve?
Professionally, I am dedicated to continually enhancing my skills in product management and user experience design. Staying ahead of the latest industry trends and engaging in continuous learning through workshops and courses is important to me. Personally, achieving a balanced work-life dynamic is essential—I strive to manage my time efficiently, prioritize tasks effectively, and practice self-care to ensure I am always performing at my best.
Any big personal wins that you’re particularly proud of?
One of my most memorable accomplishments came shortly after joining Seamless when we onboarded our client, Aliv. I was responsible for QA, and the project’s success and the excellent feedback we received after UAT were incredibly rewarding. More recently, delivering the Vodafone App project under strict deadlines was another significant milestone that brought great pride and satisfaction.
How do you unwind from work?
To unwind, I connect with nature, whether through a peaceful walk in the park or a leisurely picnic. I also enjoy music that lifts my spirits and spending quality time with family and friends. On weekends, I indulge in my favorite web series to recharge for the week ahead.
